By shopping FlagRags, a Cornbred Media brand, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

Orders

Every shirt is printed on demand after you order, so please double-check your size, color, and shipping address at checkout. We can change or cancel an order only before it enters production — usually within a few hours. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund it.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. If a price or description is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Shipping

Production usually takes 2–5 business days, plus carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package, but if a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Artwork and trademarks

All FlagRags designs, artwork, logos, and copy are owned by Cornbred Media. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or print our artwork without written permission. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not rights to the design.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or scrape it. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

Disclaimer and liability

The store is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cornbred Media operates.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
